- Planting approximately 54,497 government-furnished deciduous seedlings across 215 acres in the Double Creek project area, along FS Road 4240-000 (Hat Point Road).
- Detailed site preparation, including "scalping" (30x30 inches) and incorporating "microsites" with a 16-inch clearing radius, as per Exhibit C.
- Proper container seedling placement, ensuring correct root orientation, planting depth (soil line ~1 inch above root plug), and alignment, as detailed in Exhibits A and B.
- Adherence to strict quality control measures, with performance assessed through sample plots. A Quality Control Plan (QCP) is required.
