Evaluation
Award will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) methodology. Proposals must include a completed SF 1449, a technical compliance statement, machine specifications, descriptive literature, and a Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ). The technical review will assess compliance with minimum requirements, past performance for relevancy and confidence, and price for reasonableness.
