Submission & Evaluation
Electronic submission of quotes is available through the SAM website. To be considered responsive, a signed and completed solicitation must be submitted via email to diana.baldwin@dla.mil. Offerors must provide contractor information, CAGE code, POC, quote details, lead time/delivery date, manufacturer information, and check applicable boxes for clauses 52.204-24 (d)(1) and (2), and 52.209-11 (b)(1) and (2). Proposals will be evaluated based on technical acceptability, price, and past performance. Award will be made to the technically acceptable offer most advantageous to the Government.
Additional Notes
Contractors required to implement NIST SP 800-171 must have a current assessment (not more than 3 years old). However, Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) items are exempt from this requirement; offerors must identify and provide information to the contracting officer during the solicitation period if bidding COTS items. Contractors must obtain a Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) credential for base access, and all deliveries must pass through the base Truck Inspection Station. Correspondence must be in English.
