Submission Requirements
Offerors must submit a fully completed and signed quote package, including:
- Completed and signed solicitation (Boxes 17A, 28, 30a, b, c on page 1)
- Pricing for each CLIN, including quantity, unit, unit price, and amount
- Company size (SMALL or LARGE) and employee count
- Annotated lead time
- FOB Destination pricing to Bremerton, WA
- Manufacturer's name, CAGE number, country of manufacturing, and part number for each CLIN
- Manufacturer's specification sheets (PDF format) for quoted items (especially for "equals")
- Completed representations and certifications

Distributor Requirements
Distributors must provide traceability to the manufacturer and part number, such as:
- Letter from the approved source stating authorized dealer status
- Certification and label for government surplus
- FAA certification, label, and invoice traced to approved source for commercial surplus
- For items "not in stock" or "not yet manufactured": copy of RFQ to approved source and original quotation received.
