Brand Name - Items peculiar to one manufacturer. The brand name, product, or feature is essential to the Government's requirements, and market research indicates other companies' similar products, or products lacking the feature, do not meet, or cannot be modified to meet, the agency's needs.

• 1,800 Anode Retaining Plugs (P/N: 68241, NSN: 5342-00-463-5218).

• The parts are proprietary to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Cummins Inc., and include proprietary manufacturing drawings, specifications, and technical data.

• Vendors other than the OEM must provide documentation stating that the parts submitted are authentic to Cummins Inc. and meet OEM specifications and standards for the 154' WPC Fast Response Cutters.

• Estimated Total Value: $99,000.00 (up to the SAT).
