Evaluation
Award will be made to the Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offer. Technical acceptability requires the ability to provide new manufactured commercial items with clear traceability to the OEM, Amphenol Corp. Offerors must provide a Certificate of Conformance (COC) in accordance with FAR 52.246-15 and demonstrate traceability to the manufacturer. If not the OEM, vendors must provide traceability back to Amphenol Corp.
