Submission & Evaluation

  • Certification Data CDRLs: Submission required on or before 20 days prior to scheduled delivery.
  • PNSY Review: Portsmouth Naval Shipyard review/acceptance of Certification CDRLs within 45 working days after receipt.
  • Evaluation Factors: Past performance will be considered in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7024.
