  • Emergency services for burst pipes, major leaks, sewer backups, domestic water system failures, and flooding affecting mission-critical systems.
  • Troubleshooting and technical support, including root-cause analysis and pressure/flow testing.
  • Replacement and installation services for piping, fixtures, and pumps.

Services will be provided on an as-needed basis through individual Job Orders issued by PPPL. Work must comply with DOE directives, OSHA, NFPA, IBC, and PPPL regulations. Exclusions include large capital construction and engineering design services beyond troubleshooting.
