Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This solicitation is for preventive maintenance (PM) service for the Radiology department at Zuni Comprehensive Community Health Center (ZCCHC) in Zuni, New Mexico. The service is for GE AMX 240 Mobile X-Ray System and GE Flashpad HD Detector (14x17). The acquisition is for a one-year base period with four one-year option periods. The government intends to award a single award.

• Provide a service plan equal to or equivalent to GE AssurePoint Standard and Complete Plan.

• Furnish all labor, tools, parts, test equipment, transportation, software updates, and documentation.
