Set-Aside & Eligibility
In accordance with the Buy Indian Act (25 U.S.C. 47), IHS gives preference to Indian economic enterprises. The market research will determine if a 100% set-aside for Small Business Indian Firms or Small Business concerns is feasible. Firms must complete the attached IHS IEE Representation Form to confirm their status as an "Indian Economic Enterprise" (IEE) if applicable.
Submission Requirements
