Justification
Insitu, Inc. is identified as the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the UAS platforms. They are the only known source possessing the necessary technical data, unique logistics support experience, and familiarity with the design and specifications of the RQ-21A, ScanEagle, and Integrator UAS. This procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, citing only one responsible source.
