This is a pre-solicitation notice for the construction of a four-bay fixed and rotary wing aircraft operations and maintenance hangar at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The project includes construction of the hangar, a new hangar access apron, hangar parking apron, associated lighting, and supporting facilities such as utilities, parking, access drives, roads, and landscaping. The project will incorporate sustainable construction features complying with LEED Silver standards.

• Construction of a four-bay fixed and rotary wing aircraft operations and maintenance hangar.

• Maintenance bays for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.

• Flight detachment administration and operations space.

• Maintenance support, tool and parts storage, and shop space.

• 1.5-ton bridge cranes for fixed wing bays and 0.75-ton bridge cranes for rotor wing bays.

• Oil water separator and separate oil and hazardous material storage areas.

• Wash rack with catch basin and collective water recycling system for unscheduled maintenance bay.

• Building systems including fire alarm/mass notification, fire suppression, energy management controls, advanced communications network, Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), electronic access control, Energy Monitoring Control Systems (EMCS) connection, and a protected distribution system (PDS).

• New hangar access apron, hangar parking apron, and associated airfield pavement lighting.

The project involves constructing a four-bay hangar for fixed and rotary wing aircraft, including maintenance bays, administrative and operations space, tool and parts storage, and shop space. It also includes specialized systems like oil/water separators, oil/hazardous material storage, and a collective water recycling system.
