The work covered by these specifications consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment and materials and performing all operations in connection with the REPAIR DINING FACILITY, BUILDING 668 to include all areas as indicated on drawings and in strict accordance with these specifications and applicable drawings and subject to terms and conditions of the contract. The contractor shall have 640 calendar days to complete the work in two phases: Procurement phase and Construction phase.
In accordance with FAR 36.204 - Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects the estimated magnitude of this construction project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.
