The General Services Administration (GSA) is pleased to release the Polaris Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) HUBZone Pool Request for Proposals (RFP), 47QTCB22R0006. This solicitation is the only source of official information about this procurement.

An optional Pre-proposal Conference will be recorded and released online to provide an overview of the Polaris HUBZone RFP. This conference will not introduce new information. Details on accessing the recording will be provided through this announcement in the coming days. Industry is encouraged to review the solicitation requirements on SAM.gov and view the upcoming Pre-proposal Conference.
Proposals must be submitted electronically via the Polaris Submission Portal (PSP). This portal is accessible at:
https://polaris.app.cloud.gov
Offerors and proposed team members must be registered and active in SAM.gov. If not already registered and active in SAM.gov, prospective entities should allot adequate time to complete the validation process in SAM.gov. We strongly encourage offerors and team members to start the validation process as early as possible to avoid issues with submitting Polaris proposals by the due date.
The Polaris HUBZone Contracting Officer is the sole point of contact for all questions under this solicitation. The PSP will provide for the submission of questions beginning on or about September 22, 2022, following release of the Pre-proposal Conference. Please hold all questions until after the Pre-proposal Conference is posted on SAM.gov. GSA reserves the right to publicly discuss and publish, or simply consider, questions and comments regarding the RFP. Questions answered will be made available to all potential Offerors via PSP and this announcement.
