Contract Details
This is a Multiple Award, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Program Set-Aside. The minimum guaranteed award per Master Contract is $2,500, with no maximum dollar ceiling. The primary NAICS code is 541512, Computer Systems Design Services, with a $30 million small business size standard. The contract includes a Contract Access Fee (CAF) of 0.75%. Joint ventures and Mentor-Protégé arrangements are permitted under specific conditions, with all JV members required to be WOSB for this pool.
