• User Accounts & Registration: A single user email can only be linked to one company. For joint ventures (JVs), the prime offeror's UEI/Cage Code should be used for registration. Mentor/Protege entities should register under the company that will be the offeror, and can then be added as team members.
• Proposal Submission: Both "Open Market Proposal Manager" and users in the "Administrator Role" can submit proposals. Subcontractor information can be submitted by the prime offeror.
• Tagging and Documentation: Tags are used to mark where specific information is found within documents. "Sticky notes" are a form of tagging.
