- Weekly servicing of each unit, including waste removal, cleaning, deodorizing, restocking consumables, and minor maintenance. Servicing must occur Monday-Friday, 0700-1600 EST, excluding Federal holidays.
- Repair or replacement of damaged units within 48 hours of notification.
- Emergency response to unsanitary conditions, overflows, or leaks within 24 hours.
- Final removal of all units at the end of the contract period. Units must be left in a clean, sanitary, and fully stocked condition after each service.
