Scope of Work
The requirement includes:
- Long-Term Rental: Provision of eight (8) self-contained, clean, and sanitary portable toilet units, delivered within one workday of contract start and secured to the ground. Specific locations will be determined upon contract initiation.
- Short-Term Rental: Capability to provide up to ten (10) additional units for special events or emergencies, with delivery, setup, and service within two hours of notification. The contractor must also be able to relocate units on base at no cost.
- Holding Tank Service: Monthly pumping of four (4) 1,000-gallon holding tanks on Columbus AFB and two (2) 150-gallon holding tanks at Auxiliary Field OLF Alpha in Shuqualak, MS.
- Service Requirements: Monthly service for long-term units, including waste removal and disposal, trash removal, unit cleaning (inside and out), repairs, refilling chemicals, and restocking consumables (toilet paper, hand cleaner). Service is to be performed Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Equipment Maintenance: All units must be maintained in good working condition, with unrepairable units replaced within 24 hours. Damages due to accidents or weather are the contractor's liability.
- Chemicals & HAZMAT: Furnish Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for all proposed cleaning and disinfecting compounds, certifying them as non-toxic and non-corrosive. Monthly HAZMAT inventories must be submitted to the Government Technical Representative (GTR).
