Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide necessary portable restrooms, hand cleaning stations, and supporting services at Hario Shima, Commander Fleet Activities Sasebo (CFAS), Sasebo, Japan.

• Provide and service adequate portable restrooms and hand cleaning stations to accommodate assigned personnel.

• Requirements include portable toilets, hand-washing stations, and supporting services delivered to specified locations.

• Twice weekly services are required at each location.

• Services include emptying, cleaning, and treating portable toilets and handwashing stations to eliminate odors.

• Replenish all sanitation supplies and fill handwashing stations with water.

• Services are to be performed twice weekly at each location.

• Specific notes indicate that only 2 sites will be worked at a time, with a maximum of 6 Porta Johns and 2 Hand Wash stations at any given moment.

• Locations are specified with Lat/Long coordinates and assigned location numbers (e.g., 3014, 3110, 3043).

• Start Dates: Some locations have a specific start date (e.g., 2-Mar-26), while others are TBD based on location completion.

• End Dates: Some locations have a Not Later Than (NLT) date of 01-Aug-26, while others are TBD based on construction completion.

• Notes specify requirements for advance notice for site moves and completion within the week.

• Security Requirements: The document details extensive requirements for contractor employee access to federal facilities and DoD IT systems, including background investigations (HSPD-12, NACLC, SSBI, T5/T5R), Common Access Cards (CAC), and the Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS).
