• NBK Bangor OA / Indian Island & Waterfront Restricted Areas: "Green" PSNS & IMF CIA badges do not grant access. CAC, DBIDS pass/card, or single-day pass required. A Visit Request via BAVR (https://bavr.cnic.navy.mil) is mandatory, submitted at least five (5) working days prior.
• NUWC Keyport Access: CAC, DBIDS pass/card, or single-day pass required. For other access, DISS, DD254, and Visitor Access and Badge Request Form (PSNS&IMF Form 5512/127) are needed.
• Naval Station Everett Access: CAC, DBIDS pass/card, or single-day pass required. For pier access, a Visit Request via BAVR is needed.

• Contractors are responsible for continuously checking VCC for badge status and obtaining them promptly.

• Immediate notification to the Contracting Officer is required for lost/misplaced badges or when an employee departs without returning credentials.

• Access may be refused or amended at any time.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide temporary climate control solutions by leasing portable air conditioning units to the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS).

• Lease one (1) 5-ton portable AC unit and four (4) 12-ton portable AC units.

• Services include leasing, transportation, and replacement of non-functioning units.
