This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13 using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) is seeking qualified sources to provide new 60KW portable heaters with blowers. This solicitation is for OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION.
