This solicitation is for Portable Home Sleep Apnea Testing devices and associated services to be provided to the Phoenix VA Health Care System (PVAHCS). The goal is to increase access to timely diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders for veterans, particularly those in rural areas or unable to complete in-lab studies. The contractor will provide Type III home sleep study devices via mail order, with 24/7 patient support, and upload test results to a secure portal for VA physician evaluation.

• Type III home sleep testing devices capable of measuring at least 6 channels (Respiratory effort, airflow, heart rate, oximetry, snore, actigraphy).

• Device compatibility with VA National Somnoware program and VA EHR.

• Direct-to-patient mailing of devices, including return shipping instructions and packaging.

• 24/7 troubleshooting and customer support for veterans.

• Secure upload of test results to a cloud-based server for physician retrieval.

• Monthly itemized invoices for completed tests.

• Deliverables include digital sleep study interpretations, monthly invoices, and verbal/written CPRS results.

• Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price.
