Scope of Work
The contractor will provide Type III home sleep testing devices capable of measuring at least six channels (Respiratory effort, airflow, heart rate, oximetry, snore, actigraphy). Key services include direct-to-patient mailing of devices with return shipping, 24/7 troubleshooting and customer support for veterans, and secure upload of test results to a cloud-based server for VA physician evaluation. Devices must be compatible with the VA National Somnoware program and VA EHR. Deliverables include digital sleep study interpretations, monthly itemized invoices, and verbal/written CPRS results.
