The minimum specifications for the monitors include a 16" diagonal LED IPS display (1920x1080 Full HD, 16:9 aspect ratio), 2x USB-C and 1x Mini HDMI connectivity, 2-way charging, AC adapter support, a weight under 2 lbs, a built-in kickstand, and a protective carrying case/sleeve.

Submission Requirements

Interested vendors must submit responses via email to the Primary Point of Contact, Tonitta Jones (tonitta.l.jones@irs.gov), by the deadline. The email submission has a maximum file size of 10 Megabytes (MB). Required documents include a completed Vendor Response Template (Attachment 2) and a 1-page Capabilities Statement in PDF format.
