Request for Information (RFI)

This RFI is issued by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Small Business Self Employed (SBSE) division, to gather information on the capabilities of firms that can provide 16" portable monitors. The purpose is for market research and project planning only; it is NOT a solicitation for proposals, bids, or quotations, and no contract will be awarded based on this RFI.

Responses must be submitted via email to the Primary Point of Contact by the response date. The email submission has a maximum file size of 10 Megabytes (MB).

Required Documents:

1. Vendor Response Template (Attachment 2): Complete and submit without alteration.
2. Capabilities Statement: 1-page limit, PDF format, minimum 11-point font size.

• Part II: Capability:
  • Recommended NAICS and Product Service Codes (PSCs)
  • Part Number and manufacturer of proposed product
  • Confirmation if the product is manufactured by a small business
  • Delivery terms (# days after receipt of order)
  • Standard warranty period

• Do NOT submit proposals, offers, or quotes.
• Do NOT include proprietary, classified, confidential, or sensitive information unless appropriately marked.
• Costs associated with responding are solely at the respondent's expense.
• Responses will not be returned, and receipt will not be acknowledged.
• Not responding does not preclude participation in any future solicitation.
• The Government may use any non-proprietary technical information received for future solicitations.
• The acquisition strategy is undetermined; the Government may use established Government-wide acquisition vehicles.
