Scope of Work
This opportunity is for the procurement of Portable Pressure Calibrators and associated Master Gauges to support Aviation Fleet Intermediate Calibration Activities, Fleet Training Activities, and Aviation Navy Calibration Laboratories (NCLs). Key requirements include:
- One (1) Portable Pressure Calibrator (P/N 3712-1-1)
- Nine (9) Master Gauges with various PSI ranges (15, 60, 200, 500, 1000, 2000, 5000, 10000 PSI)
- Hard and soft copy technical manuals
- Manufacturer's one-year warranty with sticker and certificate for each unit
- IUID Label application for units over $5,000 (per DFARS 252.211-7003)
- Manufacturers' Standard Operating and servicing manuals (CD version acceptable)

Evaluation
The Government intends to award on a sole source basis to King Nutronics Corporation under FAR Part 13.106-1(b). However, all interested parties MUST submit their capabilities and a firm fixed-price quote by the deadline. The Government will make a decision to consider other offers based on these submissions. Offerors' initial offers should represent their best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability.
