Evaluation
Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Offerors are encouraged to submit pricing data for analysis.
Additional Notes
All costs, including shipping to Dahlgren, VA, and any tariffs, must be included in the quoted price. Firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award.
