Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide rental of a portable restroom trailer for the Naval Submarine Base, New London in Groton, CT.

• Provide one (1) Portable Restroom trailer, including delivery and pick-up.

• The restroom must be a commercial/industrial heavy-duty construction, enclosed in a self-contained trailer, electric-powered (110v AC).

• It must contain a minimum of four (4) separate unisex stalls and two (2) hand wash sinks.

• The unit must be in an all-weather full enclosure with waste holding tanks.

• The restroom must support use by 100 people 24 hours/day for the duration of the performance period.

• Contractor is responsible for positioning the restroom, electrically connecting it to a site outlet, and connecting freshwater (1 ½ inch connection) if needed.

• Maintenance, upkeep, and repair of the equipment are the contractor's responsibility.

• Regular cleaning services and waste tank emptying are required to prevent overflow.

• If the restroom fails to perform within OEM specifications, the contractor must repair/replace it within 24 hours at no cost to the government.

• Emergent service is required to facilitate unplanned removal of the trailer.

• An on-site demonstration of proper operation and a copy of the owner's manual are required at delivery.

• The contractor is responsible for removal of the mobile restroom at the end of the contract period.

• The restroom must function and perform within normal parameters of intended usage.

• Emergency Service must return the restroom to full operational capability.

• Emergency Service response is required within 24 hours of notification by the GTPOC.

• Emergency Service shall not exceed four (4) hours without prior approval.
