It must be an all-weather full enclosure with active climate control/AC, waste holding tanks, and capable of supporting 100 people 24/7 for the duration of the rental.
Key Requirements
- Services: Delivery, pick-up, maintenance, upkeep, and repair of the equipment. This includes providing all consumables (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, hand sanitizer).
- Cleaning & Waste Management: Cleaning services and waste tank emptying are required three (3) times per week (Monday/Wednesday/Friday preferred) to prevent overflow. No on-site dumping facility is available.

Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must submit a quote detailing the total price, broken down by Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs): CLIN 0001 for the Portable Restroom Trailer and CLIN 0002 for Delivery and Pick-Up. Quotes should include daily, weekly, and monthly rates, plus a separate delivery/pick-up charge. Specifications of the mobile restrooms and wash stations must accompany the quote.
