Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide one (1) portable restroom trailer for use at the Naval Submarine Base, New London, Groton, CT.

• Deliver and pick-up one portable restroom trailer to the specified government facility.

• The restroom must be a commercial/industrial heavy-duty unit, enclosed in a self-contained trailer, electric-powered (110v AC).

• It must contain a minimum of four (4) separate unisex stalls and two (2) hand wash sinks.

• The unit must be all-weather, include waste holding tanks, and support 100 people 24 hours/day for the contract period.

• The contractor shall electrically connect the unit using contractor-provided cable and connect freshwater using a provided hose/connection to a 1 ½ inch site connection.

• The contractor is responsible for maintenance, upkeep, and repair of the equipment.

• Cleaning services and waste tank emptying are required three (3) times per week (Monday/Wednesday/Friday preferred).

• The contractor must repair or replace defective equipment within 24 hours if it fails to perform within OEM specifications.

• Emergent service is required to facilitate unplanned removal of the trailer.

• An on-site demonstration of proper operation and a copy of the owner's manual and operating instructions are required at delivery.

• The contractor is responsible for removal of the mobile restroom at the completion of the contract.

• Waste tank emptying three (3) times per week to prevent overflow.
