Submission Requirements
Interested and technically qualified firms should submit a detailed Statement of Capability, limited to five (5) pages (excluding brochures). This is not a proposal. Submissions must include:
- Company Information: Name, POC, UEI, Annual Receipts, Business Size (for NAICS 562991), and Socioeconomic Category(ies).
- Capabilities Narrative: Experience with similar services, whether performed directly or as a subcontractor/teaming arrangement, and interest as a prime contractor or part of a Contractor Teaming Arrangement (CTA).
