Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide portable restroom facilities to the public visiting the Sabine National Wildlife Refuge, as the existing public restroom facility is closed due to hurricane damage.

• Provide and maintain the following services at the Wetland Walkway Restroom Facility:

  • Two (2) standard portable restrooms
  • Two (2) ADA portable restrooms
  • Two (2) hand washing stations

• Perform twice-weekly cleaning and servicing for all provided units.

• Location: Wetland Walkway Restroom Facility (Coordinates: 29.866361, -93.455950)

• Period: One year from the start of service, with an option to extend for one additional year.

• Normal Duty Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

• Nonduty Hours: Weeknights, weekends, and Government holidays.

• Contractor must be licensed and insured where applicable.

• Contractor shall provide contact information for emergency services.
