Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

The Fargo VA Medical Center requires the purchase and installation of a portable reverse osmosis (RO) water purification system for the Dialysis unit.

• The contractor shall deliver and install new equipment meeting all specified salient characteristics.

• This includes providing shipping, transport, installation, and all necessary equipment.

• The system must be delivered to the Fargo VA Medical Center.

• Assembly and validation must be performed by a vendor-trained representative.

• The contractor is responsible for identifying and including all parts and components for successful installation and validation.

• Accessories and consumables detailed in the specifications must be included.

• System Type: Portable Reverse Osmosis (RO) water purification system.

• Filtration: Fully integrated endotoxin removal filter, multi-stage filtration (carbon, RO, ultra-filtration), heat-based disinfection.

• Performance: Meets ANSI/AAMI 11663 and ANSI/AAMI 13959 standards for ultrapure dialysate and AAMI-Grade water.

• Inspection: Joint inspection with the VA COR upon delivery. Contractor must provide a list of missing/damaged items for replacement at no cost.

• Records Management: Contractor must comply with all applicable records management laws, regulations, and NARA policies. Privacy training may be required if working in areas with sensitive Veteran information. All data created for Government use are Federal records.
