- Logistics: Delivery, setup, and removal of all equipment. Delivery and setup must be completed by June 5, 2026, with removal by June 8, 2026.
- Servicing: Cleaning, restocking, and waste removal, ensuring units are clean, sanitary, and fully operational. On-site support is required during peak event hours on June 6, 2026.
- Restoration: Restoring all areas to their original condition post-event. All services must comply with applicable health, safety, environmental, and ADA regulations.
