This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for portable restroom rental, delivery, setup, servicing, and removal services to support the Cannon AFB Air Show. The government is procuring these services as commercial products/services.

• Rental of standard units, ADA accessible units, and hand wash stations.

• Distribution of units across designated sanitation areas.

• Delivery, setup, servicing, and on-site support throughout the event.

• Restoration of all areas to original condition upon completion.

Statement of Objectives (SOO)

To procure portable sanitation services for the Wings Over Cannon 2026 Airshow at Cannon AFB, NM.

• Provide all functions of portable sanitation services, including supply, transport, setup/removal, and servicing of required sanitation equipment.

• Offer a solution to support an estimated 12,000-13,000 attendees.

• Provide portable restroom units capable of servicing 13,000 people over 9 hours.

• Distribute units across four designated sanitation stations.

• Each station must include standard latrines (single, double, or quad configurations), ADA/handicap-accessible latrines, and handwash stations.

• Provide servicing (cleaning, restocking, waste removal).

• Ensure units are maintained in good working condition with adequate supplies.

• Provide on-site support for high usage conditions during peak event hours.

• Remove all equipment and restore locations to their original condition post-event.

• All units must be clean, sanitary, and fully operational.

• Adequate capacity and distribution to minimize wait times.

• Compliance with all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• All equipment must meet ADA accessibility requirements.

• No significant service disruptions during the event.
