Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide portable toilets to the CG Yard for placement at various locations during major overhaul projects.

• Provide and maintain two (2) Construction Lift Units with Hand Sanitizer.
• Units must be capable of being lifted by an overhead crane.
• Weekly cleaning of units is required, including emptying waste, renewing fluid, refilling hand sanitizer and toilet paper, and wiping the interior.
• Contractor shall deliver units to the Yard according to the Delivery Material Requirements (DMR) and coordinate delivery with the Point of Contact (POC).
• Contractor shall have the POC sign an invoice upon delivery to acknowledge receipt.
• Contractor shall pick up units within 72 hours of a pick-up request from the POC.

June 30, 2026 – May 30, 2027. Units are required to be delivered no later than June 30, 2026, unless otherwise instructed.

• Line Item 2 (Additional Cleaning) shall be bid for four (4) additional weekly cleanings for bidding purposes. This item will only be billed if the contractor is called for cleaning beyond the original weekly requirement.
• Contractor is responsible for picking up all containers after the Period of Performance ends.
