Performance Requirements
- Servicing: Portable toilets serviced twice weekly (Tuesdays and Fridays). FLETC-owned bathrooms serviced on the 1st and 3rd week of the month.
- Maintenance: Units must be leak-proof, clean, and maintained, with structural repairs and replacement of damaged parts at no additional cost. Deficiencies must be corrected within five working days.
- Reporting: Contractor must submit pump truck schedules, quality control inspection reports, cleaning/painting schedules, and repair reports.
