Statement of Work (SOW)

To procure the rental and servicing of portable toilets on the McKenzie River Ranger District.

• Furnish brown, green, or blue natural tone portable toilets and pumping services.

• Services include pumping, cleaning, and disposal of sewage and garbage from each unit.

• Provide a minimum of 4 rolls of toilet paper secured in a dispenser at each servicing.

• Contractor is responsible for securing all applicable permits, licenses, and regulations.

• Units will be serviced on Monday and Friday throughout the performance period.

• Servicing includes routine pumping, chemical replacement, general cleaning, and refilling toilet tissue.

• Government will inspect contract work for compliance.

• Failure to follow specified methods may result in contract termination.

• Period: Effective 5/01/2026 (or award date, whichever is later) through 10/31/2030.
