• Provide cleaning, maintenance, and restocking services for government-owned portable toilets at USCG Base Kodiak locations: Soccer Field, Golf Course, Holiday Beach, Buskin Beach House, Ski Chalet, and Devil's Creek Campground.

• Perform an initial inspection and documentation of all units, including an initial clean/service with power washing for two units at the Golf Course.

• Conduct regular restocking/cleaning every 14 days for specific units:

  • Soccer Field: 2 units
  • Golf Course: 1 unit (far end), 2 units (near club house)
  • Holiday Beach: 3 units
  • Buskin Beach House: 2 units
  • Ski Chalet: 1 unit
  • Devil's Creek Campground: 1 unit

• Provide off-cycle servicing as needed for events like golf tournaments.

• Clean and prepare three units for storage after the Coast Guard Day festivities on August 1, 2026.

• Pumping and disposal of waste.

• Cleaning and sanitizing interior surfaces.
