  • Delivery, emplacement, daily cleaning, and servicing of 18 portable toilets and 14 dual hand-washing stations.

  • Daily servicing will occur from July 14, 2026, through July 18, 2026, at 1000hrs daily.
  • Removal of all units on July 19, 2026, after 1200hrs.
  • Proper collection and disposal of all wastewaters.
  • Furnishing all management, labor, transportation, pickup, and delivery.
  • Ensuring cleaning and servicing conform to industry and local standards, including being free from bacteria and pathogens.
  • Facilities must accommodate feminine hygiene products.

Contractor Requirements

  • Equipment and services must be professional and environmentally responsible.
  • Contractor must provide own vehicle(s) and adhere to installation security policies and standards of conduct.
  • The CTARNG will not provide equipment, fuel, personnel, utilities, or facilities.
  • A satisfaction guarantee requires re-service at no charge if cleanliness or service is unsatisfactory.
