UTTR (Utah Test and Training Range) is acquiring the rental, cleaning, and maintenance of 25 Polyethelene Portable Toilets at UTTR, DET 1 area alongside a contingency plan of rental, cleaning, and maintenance of up to 8 additional Portable Toilets as needed for periodic surges to mission requirements. Surges will occur 2-3 times per year (NTE 3 times per year) and additional 8 portable toilets with hand sanitizer units shall be provided as needed for these surges. The portable toilets and maintenance are necessary for continuation of mission at the Utah Test and Training Range in Dugway, Utah.
