- Quarterly Scheduled Maintenance: Inspections of all ACS equipment.
- Unscheduled Maintenance: 24/7 on-call availability for critical failures, requiring on-site assessment within 1 hour and resolution within 24 hours for critical issues.
- Upgrade/Installation/Repair/Modification: Procurement, installation, integration, and compatibility assurance for new hardware and software.
- Reporting: Detailed service reports to the Contracting Officer's Representative.
- System Expertise: Required certifications include Lenel OnGuard Federal Value-Added Reseller and Avigilon Certified (ACC Administrator, Operator, Installation, System Design).
- System Scale: Approximately 392 interior/exterior badge readers, 9 turnstiles, 170 cameras, 9 physical gates, 6 operator terminals, 4 air phones, and 2 badging equipment sets.
