The contractor will assume total liability for job-related accidents/injuries and accidents/injuries or unexpected illnesses for employees in a Temporary Duty (TDY) status, in accordance with Portuguese law. Coverage includes initial and follow-up treatment, medical exams, and payments for job-related incidents, as well as 24-hour TDY insurance. The contractor must comply with GDPR, provide a Quality Control Plan (QCP), and ensure timely responses to inquiries and incident reporting.
