• Inspection: Final Inspection at Destination. QA1, QA2, QA3, QA4 terms apply. QA-4 has a 7-day inspection; QA-2 and QA-3 have a 45-day inspection.

• Compliance: Must comply with DFARS Buy American Act provisions if applicable. Must comply with NIST SP 800-171 DoD Assessment Requirements (see below).

• Evaluation Criteria: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Award may be made without discussions.

• SAM Registration: Offerors must be registered and active in SAM.gov.

• Required Forms: Must fill out the provided form completely, including company information, business size, and representations.

• Set-Aside: 100% Small Business Set Aside (SBSA).

• Cybersecurity: Offerors must have a current NIST SP 800-171 DoD Assessment posted in SPRS. If not, a Basic Assessment may be submitted.
