- Offering a general assembly room, two adult breakout rooms, and two youth breakout rooms (ages 0-6 and 6-18) with necessary audio/visual equipment.
- Supplying registration tables, display tables, and furniture.
- Providing two catered meals (breakfast and lunch) and refreshments for two breaks.
- Arranging lodging for participants traveling 150 miles or more, specifically 41 double occupancy rooms for one night (check-in May 3, 2026; check-out May 4, 2026).
- Ensuring ample parking for approximately 150 vehicles.
