Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, and services necessary for the inspection, testing, repair, and maintenance of fire systems. This includes fire alarm protection systems, water-based fire protection systems, special agent systems, and the repair and cleaning of hood systems and grease ducts. Services must comply with Unified Facilities Code 3-601-02, National Fire Codes (including NFPA 96 for grease ducts), and manufacturer recommendations. Hood cleaning is required every 6 months. Minor repairs (under $500) are at no additional cost, while major repairs (over $500) will be billed against a separate CLIN.
