Key Requirements & Submission

• Technical Documentation: Associated technical documents (IRPOD, drawings, STRs) are available at https://logistics.unnpp.gov (requires password and pre-registration; contact E-Commerce Help Desk at 518-395-4357). Hard copies will not be mailed.
• Order of Precedence: In case of conflict, Amendments > Schedule of Supplies > Terms & Conditions > IRPOD/Master Procurement Spec > STRs > Drawings > Specifications.
• Waivers/Deviations: Requests for delivery date extensions or waivers/deviations must be identified in advance, accompanied by justification, and evaluated for impact on quality, form, fit, or function. QAR comments are required.
• Submission of Reports: A complete package of vendor certified reports of test and inspection (IAW DI-QC-C-8872, latest rev), including Form DD-1222, must be submitted "ASREQ" (as required) to NAVSUP-WSS CODE N9433 for review, along with samples to PSNS (CODE 134.1). A separate package is required for each unique combination of contract number, NSN, and item nomenclature.
• Cure Date Certificate: Submit at time of material delivery to NSPCC Code 8731 and Code 87323.
• Cybersecurity: Compliance with Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level Requirements (NOV 2025) is noted.
• Transportation Priority: Transportation Priority 02 prevails.
