The Government is requesting a non-personnel services contract to provide electrical services to install a power station in Hangar 2418. The power station installation encompasses the installation of equipment where none currently exist. The power station will provide power for a training device in support of MOS 15Y training and will be situated appropriately to enable full operation of the training device. This firm-fixed price (FFP) contract is being competed under NAICS code 238210 with a standard size of $19 million and PSC code N061 as lowest- price technically acceptable (LPTA) under FAR Part 13 and as a 100% small business set-aside with no specific category. This contract is for an estimated ONE YEAR with an estimated period of performance (POP) of 01 January 2026 through 31 December 2026. The work is to be performed at 2418 Klingenhagen Road Fort Eustis, VA 23604.
Questions shall be provided in writing via e-mail to Contract Specialist, Jolene A. Granger at jolene.a.granger.civ@army.mil and Contracting Officer, Erin S. Duncan at erin.s.duncan2.civ@army.mil. All questions shall be received no later than 12:00 PM Central Daylight Time (CDT) on Tuesday, 23 December 2025. Answers will be provided by the Government as an amendment to the solicitation.

A priced quote is the only volume being requested. By submitting a quote, the vendor is taking responsibility for technical capabilities of performing this requirement. No technical volume or past performance is required.
