Submission Requirements
- Offerors not the OEM must state the OEM (Company Name and CAGE) and provide a signed letter of authorization as a distributor.
- Provide repair price as Estimated (EST).
- Vendors have 90 days after carcass receipt to complete TD&E and submit a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) quote for the full repair effort.
- Include the cost of new (actual or estimated) for evaluation purposes.
- Quotes must specify any exceptions (e.g., MIL-STD Packaging, Labeling, Inspection/Acceptance locations).
- Repair price must cover all costs for complete repair of potentially unwhole/damaged material and include Teardown & Evaluation Rate, Repair Turn Around Time (RTAT), Throughput Constraint, and Induction Expiration Date.
- The requested RTAT is 135 Days. Price reductions will apply for failure to meet the required RTAT.
- Quotes shall reference the proposed RTAT and any capacity constraints.
Additional Notes
