Quick Summary

The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), under the Department of Homeland Security, is seeking quotes for the inspection, reporting, and potential overhaul of 35 POWER SUPPLY units (NSN: 6130 01 500 4020, P/N: 700135-705-001, OEM: THALES DEFENSE & SECURITY). This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside combined synopsis/solicitation (RFQ). Quotes are due by June 15, 2026, at 9 AM EDT.

Scope of Work

The requirement involves opening, inspecting, and reporting on the condition of 35 power supply units, with possible repair in accordance with the Overhaul Description and OEM specifications. These parts are critical for the U.S. Coast Guard Medium Endurance Product Line. Substitute parts are not acceptable, and the USCG does not possess proprietary data for these items. The overhaul must adhere to SFLC 400-299 for Repair of Electronics Equipment and Modules. A standard manufacturer's warranty or a two-year guarantee against defects is required. The estimated cost for overhaul is not to exceed $1,900 per unit.
