Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must provide an all-or-nothing quote including both an inspection cost per unit and a firm fixed repair price per unit, along with all necessary equipment and shipping costs. Award will be made to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror. Vendors must be registered in SAM.gov prior to quote submittal, and FAPIIS records will be reviewed. Additional Notes
All items must be individually packaged and marked per the overhaul description and ASTM D-3951, using skid-mounted shipping containers suitable for long-term inside storage. Acceptance will occur at the destination upon verification of no transit damage, order correctness, completeness, and compliance with all packaging and marking requirements.
