This amendment modifies Solicitation SPMYM226Q7420 to correct the Part Number (PN) for CLIN 0002. The PN has been changed from 3475/3500LEDPP-4KS to 3475-80/100WP.

• Section B - Supplies or Services & Prices or Costs, specifically CLIN 0002.

All other details, terms, and conditions of the original solicitation remain unchanged. The amendment does not appear to alter proposal deadlines or evaluation factors beyond the correction of the part number.

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This solicitation is for POWER SUPPLY units. The solicitation is issued by DLA MARITIME - PUGET SOUND.

• The solicitation includes two line items for power supplies:

  • Item 0001: Power Supply, 4 Out, 6' 14/3 SOOW With Kill Switch and Female Mini Twist Lock Plug, compatible with BLAST LIGHT-3475.
  • Item 0002: BLAST LIGHT-3475- Light ONLY, 100ft 16/2 EC Green with 71215 Connector (2 Pole Round), compatible with power supply 3475/3500 LED.

• Vendors quoting "equals" must submit manufacturer specifications in PDF format for evaluation. Bids without these will be considered non-responsive.

• Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) credential is required for base access.

• Unique Item Identification (UII) is required for items with a Government unit acquisition cost of $5,000 or more, or as identified in the schedule.

• Contract type is not explicitly stated, but pricing arrangement is "Firm Fixed Price" for both line items.

• Delivery is requested by 22 Jun 2026.
