This document, FAR 52.212-3, provides Offeror Representations and Certifications for Commercial Products and Commercial Services. It requires offerors to complete specific representations and certifications relevant to the solicitation. Offerors who have completed these electronically in the System for Award Management (SAM) only need to complete paragraph (b). Otherwise, paragraphs (c) through (v) must be completed.

• Other Certifications: Includes certifications regarding responsibility matters, knowledge of child labor, place of manufacture, service contract labor standards, and public disclosure of greenhouse gas emissions.
