The requirement is for comprehensive professional power washing and window cleaning services, including all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, materials, transportation, and safety provisions. Key deliverables include:
- Exterior Power Washing: Cleaning of exterior building surfaces, curtain wall systems, storefront glass, entry doors, sidelights, canopies, accessible skylights, and atrium glass.
- Window & Glass Cleaning: Interior and exterior cleaning of all windows, interior glass partitions, lobby glass, conference room glass, glass doors, and sidelights, to be performed after pressure washing.
- Component Cleaning: Cleaning of window frames, mullions, sills, and tracks.
- Quality Standards: Removal of dirt, dust, fingerprints, smudges, insect debris, water spots, and environmental buildup. Use of professional-grade solutions and equipment, including purified water systems, to ensure streak-free, spot-free surfaces without drips or residue.
- Safety & Protection: Compliance with OSHA regulations, submission of a Safety Plan and Job Hazard Analysis, use of PPE, securing work areas, maintaining safe access, and protecting property and landscaping.
