Scope of Work

- Cloud-based storage and access for medical exams generated within the Clinical Center and those uploaded by external sources for NIH researchers.
- 24/7 support and training for NIH research personnel and patients using the system.
- Comprehensive audit logs for interactions with exams at patient, exam, and user levels.
- Data sharing capabilities for cohorts of specific exams (anonymized or not) with collaborators, including those in multicenter trials.
- Integration with existing systems such as Philips Vue PACS/RIS/Speech, Fuji Synapse VNA/CV PACS, Altera Sunrise Clinical Manager, and potentially Follow My Health Patient Portal.
- Import and coercion capabilities for DICOM and non-DICOM exams into the Clinical Center Imaging Informatics Platform(s) (CCIIP).
- Conformance with NIH Security guidelines and defined vulnerability remediation timelines.
- Project Management deliverables including a Project Plan, Contact List, Issues Management platform, Risk Management analysis, and Deployment Planning.
