Scope of Work

• SIM cards and telephone numbers for up to 600 lines (Embassy provides handsets).
• Coverage: At least 90% local network coverage 24/7 around Harare, all urban areas, and main traffic routes.
• Service Quality: High quality, uninterrupted, clear connections with rapid problem resolution (within one hour).
• International Connectivity: 24-hour connectivity with the USA, European countries, and other worldwide locations.
• International Roaming: Voice, SMS, and data roaming in as many countries as possible, specifically including Zimbabwe's bordering countries, UAE, Ethiopia, and the United States, with 3G data speeds in urban areas.
• Internet Access: Via cellular network (4G/LTE or 3G/UMTS) with standardized data bundles or capping, and throttling to 256kb/sec after allowance exhaustion.
• SMS Messaging: Around-the-clock, unblocked SMS with preferred routing for Embassy numbers.
• Voice Mail: English language voicemail for each number.
• Customer Service: Technical support for setup, roaming, changes, lost/stolen reporting, and warranty.
• Detailed Billing: Monthly breakdown of calls and data usage per line, including time, date, duration, numbers, roaming rates, and price.
• Cybersecurity: Compliance with Cybersecurity Supply Chain Risk Management (C-SCRM) requirements.
